Printed Directly on the Mug
Designs are printed directly on to the mug and are completely permanent. The print will not scrape or fade. Thanks to our printing technique, the surface of the mug is completely smooth to the touch.
This is not a vinyl or sticker attached to the mug.
Free Gift Packaging
All mugs are packaged with free gift wrap. Each mug is individually packaged in a kraft box filled with shredded crinkle paper filler and tied off with jute string.
Lightweight & Sturdy
Measuring around 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches, these mugs are slightly smaller than a traditional coffee mug. The mug its self can hold up to 12 fluid ounces.
Due to the rustic nature of camp mugs, you may see small imperfections such as dents, bubbles + other rustic features.
Personalization
Be sure to include any names, dates, or additional details that are shown in the design when you order.
Multiple Mugs
If ordering multiple mugs with different text, please specify this in the notes as Mug 1, Mug 2, etc. We offer discounts for bulk orders. See the bulk orders section below for more details.
Customization
Generally speaking, we can not customize the design shown. However, it is possible to change the back design of the mug to another design seen on one of the other mugs.

The typical purchase timeline includes 1-2 days for artwork production and approval by you if required. Next is 5-7 business days of print production. Lastly, all items are shipped, UPS, FedEx, or USPS and typically take 1-4 days to arrive on your doorstep.

Returns
We will gladly refund or replace any items that arrive damaged. Should you receive the wrong order, we will also refund or replace your order.
Contact us to start a return or reimbursement request before mailing your package to us. Please include all relevant information along with order number if applicable. If there is a problem with your order, please email a photo of the issue along with your request to danny@farmhousesign.co for quicker processing.
If the item arrives damaged, you may discard it after taking photos. We will ship you a replacement at no additional cost
We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you.
