When the proof preview is a personalization of an existing design in our shop, this fee will be credited back to you after placing a product order. Should you choose to not move forward with an order, this fee is non-refundable as it covers our time spent to create this preview for you.
Custom farmhouse design proofs.
When the proof preview is for a custom farmhouse sign design, this fee is in addition to the product you decide to order. This fee covers the time and talent to create custom artwork and is non-refundable. This service does not include revisions. Revisions are only provided after a product purchase.

Your order is custom printed just for you, and we want you love it. If you think that your order has a flaw or it is not what you expected, we want to make it right. Shipping & Returns
All orders over $150 ship free in the United States (Excludes Alaska and Puerto Rico) The typical purchase timeline includes 1-2 days for artwork production and approval by you. Next is 5-7 business days of print production. Lastly, all items are shipped, UPS, FedEx, or USPS and typically take 1-4 days to arrive on your doorstep. Paid shipping upgrades available for: - Hawaii & Alaska - Canada - International (over 200 countries worldwide) Feel free and reach out to us, for verification that we can ship the product you're wishing to order, to the address you're needing, when outside of the 48 contiguous United States. Returns We will gladly refund or replace any items that arrive damaged. Should you receive the wrong order, we will also refund or replace your order. Contact us to start a return or reimbursement request before mailing your package to us. Please include all relevant information along with order number if applicable. If there is a problem with your order, please email a photo of the issue along with your request to Danny@farmhousesign.co for quicker processing. If the item arrives damaged, you may discard it after taking photos. We will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you.
